We develop hardware and software to monitor the production process.
Our monitor box collects machine data and records the electricity consumption.
Real time data is collected from the machine, as well as the electricity meter.
We use magnetic smartcards to register the operator, as well as which mould is on each machine.
Data is sent to a junction box, and from there to the master box, which communicates with the PC.
From PC the data goes every five minutes to our Microsoft Azure servers.
Notifications for production problems, go every minute.
A network of servers processes the data and displays it on the website or on your phone.
