How To Monitor Assembly Lines and Operations Using Monitor-Box System

Video on Youtube Player

To Monitor Assembly Lines and Operations Monitor-Box system uses moving sensors and barcode scanner. Moving sensors are used to register the pass or fail. Bar cade scanner is used by personnel. It allows to make sure that the assembly staff uses the correct work instructions. See more details in the following video.

For assembly, we use moving sensor to register the pass or fail, and barcode scanner to make sure that the assembly staff uses the correct work instructions.
For assembly, staff doesn’t give notifications, but the system generates them.
If the assembly takes 20% on average longer or shorter than the target time the system will generate a notification.
If the reject rate (set individually per assembly) is higher than the target the system will generate a notification so direct action can be taken.
The system is very flexible.
You can set per person which notifications he or she gets.
